They are located in the Miguel Delibes campus, three minutes walk from the Language Center. Each self-contained apartment is for two people, with two single bedrooms, a living room, bathroom and kitchen. Each is fully furnished and equipped.
The apartment building is also provided with a cafeteria and dining room. They are the perfect place for socializing with other students. Students can choose full board or only accommodation.
There is also a caretaker available 24 hours a day, car park, and common areas (television room, study room, laundry room, and ironing room).
