Valladolid has its own airport although most international flights come into Madrid-Barajas airport.<\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 0px 15px; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>1) Aeropuerto de Madrid-Barajas<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding: 0px 15px;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you cannot get a direct flight to Valladolid, Madrid-Barajas airport offers far more possibilities.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Direct COACH from Terminal 4 at Barajas Airport to Valladolid<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There is a bus line that connects Barajas Airport Terminal 4 (T4) to Valladolid.\u00a0 The name of the company is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alsa.es\/horarios-autobuses\">ALSA<\/a>. With this service, travellers do not need to travel to Madrid city center.<\/p>\n<p>There are quite a few buses from <strong>Aeropuerto Madrid Barajas T4<\/strong> to <strong>Valladolid <\/strong>bus station throughout the day.\u00a0 Tickets can be purchased online.\u00a0 You may access de coach times and purchase your tickets at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alsa.es\/estaciones\/estacion-valladolid\">https:\/\/www.alsa.es\/estaciones\/estacion-valladolid<\/a><\/p>\n<p>There is free transportation between terminals in Barajas in case you arrive in a different terminal.<\/p>\n<p>In the following link you will find a location map of the Alsa docks (5 to 15) at the Parking Area of Terminal 4: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alsa.es\/aeropuertos\/madrid-barajas\">https:\/\/www.alsa.es\/aeropuertos\/madrid-barajas<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"padding: 0px 15px;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>TRAIN from Barajas terminal 4 (T4) to Chamart\u00edn train station<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Spanish railway company RENFE, connects Madrid with the Madrid Barajas airport through the local train network service &#8220;Cercan\u00edas&#8221; C1 line. \u00a0The train station is on the terminal T4 floor -1, and is called <strong>Aeropuerto T4<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you arrive in a different terminal you can move to the other terminal in a free <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aeropuertomadrid-barajas.com\/transportes\/bus-transito-lanzadera-terminales.html\" target=\"_blank\">shuttle bus<\/a> service connecting the terminals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The estimated travel time from Adolfo Su\u00e1rez Madrid-Barajas airport to <strong>Estaci\u00f3n de Chamart\u00edn is <\/strong>11 minutes. The single ticket tariff is 2,60 \u20ac, valid for one journey in the two hours after it is issued. For passengers with AVE tickets (high-speed train) connecting with a flight, this service is free.\u00a0 See timetable in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.renfe.com\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">Renfe Cercan\u00edas<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once you get to Chamart\u00edn train station, you can purchase your ticket at the Renfe ticket windows or in the machines. We recommend you book and buy your ticket over the Internet on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.renfe.com\/viajeros\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">Renfe\u00b4s webpage<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You can catch a regional train which takes about three hours and is relatively inexpensive or a high speed AVE, ALVIA or AVANT train which only takes around an hour.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Coach from M\u00e9ndez \u00c1lvaro coach station<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Take the metro from the airport by buying your ticket for 1.5\u20ac + 1\u20ac airport charge. At the end of the line at \u201cNuevos Ministerios\u201d station, you then have to change to Line 6 (circular) towards \u201cM\u00e9ndez \u00c1lvaro\u201d. The journey time on the metro is about 50 to 60 minutes. At M\u00e9ndez \u00c1lvaro coach station, you can purchase your ticket at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alsa.es\/nuestros-destinos\/aeropuertos\/madrid-barajas\" target=\"_blank\">ALSA<\/a> ticket office window. Coaches run every hour and the journey time is about 2 hours 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You can also get to M\u00e9ndez \u00c1lvaro by taking the commuter train (cercan\u00edas)\u00a0on Line C-1.\u00a0 This takes about 25 minutes and you don\u2019t need to change trains. Trains run each 30 minutes. It forms part of the National Airport and Air Navigation Network\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.aena.es\/csee\/Satellite\/Home\" target=\"_blank\">AENA<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Companies operating to and from the airport include: Air Europa, Air Nostrum, Iberia, Ryanair, Vueling, etc. WIFI is available throughout the terminal.<\/p>\n<p>Once you land in Valladolid, you can take a taxi or bus to the city centre. You can also hire a car.<\/p>\n<p>The approximate taxi fare to Valladolid is 24 \u20ac. Saturday evenings, Sundays, and official holidays there is a night rate which is 26.50 \u20ac.
